we are looking for a Product Manager! We are looking for a Product Manager for an exciting and strategic project. The role involves handling large volumes of incoming data, performing deep analysis, and collaborating closely with data Scientists. You will be responsible for designing and developing critical, diverse, and large-scale data pipelines in both cloud and on-premise environments. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end strategic and innovative processes
* Bridge business challenges with technological solutions
* Identify market trends, conduct competitor research, and pinpoint opportunities in the mortgage sector
* Analyze business needs and translate them into effective, innovative product requirements
* Define innovative solutions and lead processes while collaborating with regulatory, legal, marketing, and other departments
* Measure and continuously improve data -driven processes and KPI-based products

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in the mortgage or banking sector) mandatory Proven experience in leading cross-organizational processes and working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management Experience working on complex technological projects, especially in banking/financial environments
* Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate needs into practical solutions
* Independence, initiative, diligence, and the ability to push processes forward in a complex organization
* Familiarity with salesforce an advantage
* Knowledge of the mortgage sector a significant advantage
