Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Product Manager for a leading organization in the Gush Dan area

Role Description

End-to-end management of digital products, including product initiation, gathering and documenting business requirements, defining the MVP and product roadmap, prioritizing development tasks, and managing sprints

Full responsibility for the user experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting efficiency and innovation

Defining measurement frameworks, conducting product analysis, investigating performance, and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement

Providing product guidance and training to customer service and sales teams

Managing user issues and coordinating their resolution

Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams across the organization, while managing internal matrix interfaces and external vendors

Requirements

At least one year of experience managing digital projects and products in the insurance or financial services sector is mandatory

Experience with product management and analytics tools such as JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, and Glassbox

Familiarity with software development processes

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

Thorough, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Strong service orientation, prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines
