Engineering Manager - Endpoint Security (Attack Surface)

We are building our next-generation, cloud-based data pipeline and are looking for an exceptional software engineering manager with proven expertise in full-stack development. This leader should be excited about building systems from scratch, thrive on empowering engineers, and be able to quickly dive into complex, large-scale environments and guide teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The role requires leading and coordinating with multiple engineering teams and product managers to ensure timely delivery of new products.

By joining this team, you will oversee the development of the following products:

Network Discovery: A product that delivers full visibility into every device on a corporate network. Customers can manage any asset, including those not yet protected or supported by us, thanks to machine learning that automatically identifies all IoT devices.
Vulnerability Management: A platform module that enables customers to analyze and prioritize the vulnerabilities detected by our cybersecurity solutions on their endpoints.
What will you do?
Grow people and processes - Coach engineers through career development, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and evolve our development workflows, tooling, and quality standards.
Orchestrate cross-team execution - Partner with multiple engineering teams and product managers to build realistic roadmaps and ensure the timely delivery of new products and features.
Lead features end-to-end - Guide a cross-disciplinary squad of backend and frontend engineers working alongside Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoint specialists - taking ideas from whiteboard to production.
Deliver customer-facing security insights - Drive the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of services that turn raw cybersecurity events into clear, actionable information, while mentoring engineers on best practices.
Shape our platforms architecture - Set technical direction for new modules across several strategic product lines, selecting patterns and technologies for scale, reliability, and performance, and coordinating design reviews across teams.
