Engineering Manager - Collection Engineering (RemoteOps Team)

We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager with proven expertise in backend development to lead the team building and evolving this high-impact product. Youll be responsible for driving the end-to-end development of the RemoteOps platform and related features (such as forensics). The ideal leader thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about growing people and building robust, scalable systems.

What will you do?
Lead the RemoteOps product Own the entire development cycle of capabilities, including backend, frontend and endpoint components (Windows, Linux, and macOS), taking ideas from whiteboard to production.
Grow people and technical excellence Directly manage 6-10 engineers as you build the team, provide mentoring and coaching, guide technical direction, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and quality
Orchestrate cross-team execution - Partner with multiple engineering teams and product managers to build realistic roadmaps and ensure the timely delivery of new products and features.
Shape our platforms architecture - Set technical direction for new modules across several strategic product lines, selecting patterns and technologies for scale, reliability, and performance, and coordinating design reviews across teams.
