Were looking for an experienced Content Designer passionate about UX and digital products. Your love for words, microcopy, grammar, and exceptional attention to detail will help shape how users around the world experience .
As a Content Designer, youll be an advocate for design, working to create a seamless, frictionless user experience that helps users complete tasks. Youll work alongside product designers, UX researchers, product managers, PMMs, developers, and others so collaboration will be key. You should have a good understanding of product design, and even when it comes to established systems, youre not afraid to challenge the status quo.
What am I going to do?
Write clear, concise, consistent, and on-brand product copy
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Marketing, Brand, and Help Center writers to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Juggle multiple projects at once, while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Understand and utilize trends in content design, while contributing to and implementing our content guidelines
Maintain and champion our products tone and voice

4+ years of experience in UX writing/content design at a cross-functional tech company
Mother-tongue level English (reading, writing, and speaking); Hebrew proficiency preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain content decisions
B.A., preferably in Communications, English, Writing, or Media Studies
A strong portfolio that showcases a range of content design work across different products and user experiences
Curious, fiercely user-focused, and unafraid to tackle complex challenges
Skilled at context switching and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders across product teams
Able to translate complex concepts into clear, articulate copy
Experience collaborating closely with designers and a strong understanding of product design and the development lifecycle even if you are not a designer yourself
Strong working knowledge of Figma
Deep understanding of user experience and solving user pain points
4+ years of experience in UX writing/content design at a cross-functional tech company
