About the role

We’re looking for a talented UX & Marketing Content Writer to join our growing Content team.

In this role, you’ll create clear, engaging, and effective content across the customer journey - from marketing campaigns and landing pages to product experiences, emails, app messaging, and more.

This role is a great fit for a strong writer who combines creativity with strategic thinking, understands how content influences user behavior, and enjoys turning complex business and product needs into simple, compelling copy.

What you’ll do

• Write clear, creative, and engaging content across a wide range of touchpoints, including our website, trading platforms, landing pages, emails, push notifications, in-app messages, app stores, and more.
• Turn business, marketing, and product objectives into compelling copy that connects with the target audience and drives action.
• Create source content with localization in mind, ensuring it can be effectively adapted across languages and markets. 
• Balance creativity and business objectives with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing teams, Product, Compliance, R&D, and other stakeholders throughout the content creation process.
• Work with internal systems to create, build and manage content.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, UX and content best practices.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative workflow for research, ideation, exploration, and content optimization.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing content and user experiences.

What we’re looking for

• Native-level English writing skills - a must
• 2+ years of experience in UX writing, marketing copywriting, content writing, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging to different audiences and channels.
• BA in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, and/or completion of a recognized copywriting or UX writing course.
• A creative mindset and strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to content quality.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to receive feedback, challenge ideas constructively, and iterate on your work.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the curiosity to seek out the information and resources needed to do great work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand content structures, design templates, and basic development logic.
• Confidence working with digital tools, including project management platforms, AI tools, Google Workspace, and content management systems.
