We are looking for a talented Head of Marketing. As the Head of Marketing , you will lead and drive all marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping the companys brand identity, market positioning, and growth strategies. You will oversee a talented team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive measurable results.
What youll be doing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Utilize market research and data analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing KPIs.
Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
Lead the companys digital marketing and customer acquisition.
Responsible for the companys products demand generation.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Excellent analytical abilities, with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in marketing.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience in Fintech industry is a plus.
