A new company in the process of being established
in the field of digital content marketing and distribution via sales centers
is looking for a:
CEO / Managing Director, to lead the establishment of a new sales call center from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and build an operation that will play a key role in the companys growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the setup of a high-performance sales call center.
- Develop the operational and strategic infrastructure of the center.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives.
-Create and implement sales strategies tailored to international markets, with a focus on Europe and the UK.
- Set KPIs, manage performance, and ensure continuous improvement and more.

Location: Migdal Hachsharat HaYishuv, Jabotinsky Street, Bnei Brak (Israel)
Full-time, SundayThursday.

Requirements:
- Native-level English -mandatory
- proven experience in managing and establishing sales call centers.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
