is looking for an R D Director to lead the companys engineering and technology operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage development and architecture teams
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technological projects
Work directly with enterprise clients including presales, scoping, and presenting solutions
Drive innovation, define the technology roadmap, and select relevant technologies
Proven experience in managing R D and architecture teams
Experience working in project-based / Professional Services companies (mandatory)
Background in complex systems (e.g., Cloud, data, DevOps, AI)
Experience in client-facing roles, including technical presales and solution definition
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and organizational skills
