The Operations Director is expected to build a long-term successful organization and lead the Operation Department in its execution. The operation team includes Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Quality.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high quality products on time, according with COMPANY business goals and commitments.
2. Establish processes and procedures for an effective and excellent operations organization.
3. Develop a highly capable and agile Operations team.
4. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
5. Supply chain management, strategic management of suppliers Manage budgets and forecasts
6. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
7. Serve as an active management member with THE COMPANY

Requirements:
B.A Logistics/ B.Sc. in Engineering
Experience in Management of substantial production of complex products for high demanding customers industries.
Corporate experience
High level of operational knowledge and financial skills
Fluent English
Ability to travel abroad as needed
