What's the job We are looking for a talented and driven HR Business Partner ( HRBP ) to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our people and business goals. This role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
What Youll Do
* Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across departments, supporting employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
* Drive and support HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, talent development, and change management
* Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and proactively build pipelines for key roles
* Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: job profiling, posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
* Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
* Contribute to and lead cross-functional HR projects aligned with business strategy
* Enhance the Employee Experience throughout the employee lifecycle
