Legal & Compliance Specialist

Within the positions responsibilities are playing a key role in supporting onboarding activities, handling compliance-related operational and administrative processes, collaborating with various internal teams, and helping ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding flow while also supporting the companys overall regulatory compliance and maintaining good customer relationships.

In this position, you will:
Serving as a point of contact for customers during the onboarding processcollecting KYB information, supporting and addressing commercial, legal, and other onboarding-related matters.
Coordinate the review and approval of legal documents with the internal legal team and external consultants.
Support the KYB process end-to-endcollecting customer data, performing internal compliance checks and validations, raising red flags when needed, and contributing to accounts approval.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Management, and Compliance teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience and effective handoff, while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Support various compliance-related tasks and operational processes in collaboration with the Compliance & Risk team.
