Risk Management Specialist

An exciting opportunity for a Junior GRC Specialist to step up and lead impact! 🛡️💻

We at Intensity Global are looking for a Junior GRC Specialist (2-3 years of experience) to join a world-leading technology company in the defense and industrial sector, located in North.

In this role, you will work closely with the CISO, bridge IT and regulatory requirements, and play a key role in leading the organization toward ISO 27001 certification!

What will you do?

• Translate regulatory, compliance, and security standards into actionable operational procedures.

• Drive ISO 27001 readiness and implementation across organizational units.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to enforce security protocols and compliance requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments, internal policy reviews, and security control mapping.

• Serve as a key focal point for IT and cybersecurity compliance processes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in GRC with a strong background/understanding of IT systems & technology.

• Hands-on familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and implementation processes.

• Strong execution skills – ability to manage tasks, motivate people, and drive compliance into action.

• Security clearance level 3 (or eligibility to undergo level 3 clearance).

• Location: On-site at Bar-Lev Industrial Park during training/onboarding; Hybrid flexibility (1 day WFH) thereafter.
