Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at our company The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, driving customer retention, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Full time position 9:00-18:00, Rishon Lezion

Requirements:
Experience in customer success or account management in a company with global activity - a must
Experience in customer success or account management in the AdTech industry - an advantage
Analytical Skills for data analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - an advantage
