We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our community!

As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the company. Youll work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and deliver clear, meaningful reports and dashboards. Your work will help drive performance, uncover opportunities, and ensure teams are aligned around trusted data.

Responsibilities:
Build and own the first inhouse Sales Analytics platform, aiming to generate the Source of Truth for our business decision making.
Design, create and maintain business dashboards, reports and visualizations
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements from teams across the organization to consolidate definitions and derive metrics.
Create and maintain documentation for all of the above.
Communicate data to stakeholders with the goal of allowing data driven decision making.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in analytic roles in the high-tech industry.
Excellent SQL skills - must.
Prior experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc - must.
Experience with data warehouses, dbt, etc - must.
SaaS Enterprise BI experience - advantage.
Experience setting up data connectors (e.g., via databricks) - advantage.
Experience Working with Finance and Sales departments a - advantage.
