we are entering the Database Security market with two new products: a combination of Database Activity Monitoring and a Data Classification Engine under one platform.
We are looking for an Engineering Group Leader that will manage multiple engineering teams located in Israel and Off-shore on an interesting, fast growing group that works in the most advanced technologies available today.

Lead all aspects of software development - from technology, security, scalability, and reliability, to processes, planning and people development
Push for technical excellence, innovation, high product quality, and timely delivery in an agile, production aware environment
Hire and attract top talent and build a fast-growing team.

Proven experience in leading diversified engineering groups (25~ engineers)
Proven experience in developing managers and engineers
Experience working with large-scale, multi-tenant, native SaaS products
In-depth knowledge of AWS architecture and its security features
Experience with building large-scale Python-based backend microservices
Strong object-oriented based programming, debugging/troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills

PostgreSQL, Kafka, Neo4j
AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, Athena, Kinesis).
