We are seeking a passionate and innovative Frontend Team Leader to spearhead the development of our scalable and robust frontend framework. What youll do:
Technical Leadership: Architect and implement scalable frontend solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to enhance user experiences, streamline development processes, and introduce intelligent features into our frontend applications.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, DevOps, Support, and other R&D teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate technical authority through active participation in coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
Frontend Framework Development: Build and maintain the frontend framework of a comprehensive React application, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and testability.
UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
Quality Assurance: Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and ensure the delivery of maintainable code.
Team Growth: Focus on team development by identifying training needs, providing learning opportunities, and mentoring developers to enhance their capabilities.

Who you are:
5+ years of managerial experience.
7+ years of experience in frontend development.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, including advanced concepts like closures and asynchronous programming.
Deep knowledge of React.
Experience designing scalable and modular web application architectures.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on technical leadership.
Excellent communication skills - High level of English proficiency.

Experience in SaaS companies or the fintech industry.
Familiarity with modern tools such as NX, Router 5, and Styled Components.
Knowledge of server-side technologies and API integrations.
