Acquisition Manager

looking a highly motivated and data -driven User Acquisition Manager with 3+ years of experience. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage user acquisition strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., paid social, programmatic, search, display, mobile app networks). Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ambitious ROI, LTV, CPI, and CPA targets. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate closely with internal teams including data & Analytics, Creative, Product, and CRM to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance data (including cohorts, LTV, conversion funnels) to derive actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future strategies. Manage relationships with external partners, ad networks, and agencies. Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest user acquisition trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the iGaming industry. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing regular updates on campaign progress and results.
