We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping messaging, positioning, and go-to-market tactics for our AI-driven eCommerce analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, strategist, and market analyst who excels at connecting product capabilities to customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop clear, compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the Bright Insights brand.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities.
Plan and execute product launches, coordinating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Craft marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, sales enablement decks, blog posts, and webinars.
Work directly with customers to develop impactful case studies and testimonials showcasing Bright Insights value.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective enablement resources.
Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and refine strategies using data-driven insights.

Analytical mindset, with strong familiarity in data analytics and insight-driven products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Background in eCommerce, data analytics, or similar fields is a significant advantage.
Experience marketing enterprise-level B2B solutions is highly beneficial.
Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within SaaS, data services, eCommerce, or related technology sectors.
