We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing BI & Analytics team.

Responsibilities:
Lead complex, end-to-end analytical projects, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and other teams.
Design and develop BI dashboards and reports, including business funnels and KPI tracking, to support data-driven decision-making (define the structure and logic of new DWH tables as needed).
Analyze business data to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analytics and BI.
Excellent proficiency in SQL.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau - a big advantage).
Experience in DWH design.
Experience with DBT - an advantage.
Experience with Python or R - an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fast and self-learner with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
