Were seeking a visionary Product Design Lead to drive the UI/UX strategy , our AI-powered creative analysis platform. In this role, you will take full ownership of the E2E product design process, ensuring a seamless and data-driven user experience that empowers marketing and creative teams. Your decisions will directly shape how users interact with our platform, making a measurable impact on product adoption and business growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the product design process, from concept through execution.
Shape and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a top-tier user experience across the platform.
Leverage prototyping and UX research to translate complex AI-powered data into intuitive and actionable user experiences.
Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for enhancing engagement and usability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align design decisions with business objectives and customer needs.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evaluating tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize the design process.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy or SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to transform complex data into intuitive user experiencesbonus if youve worked with AI-driven insights.
Experience with design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Deep Knowledge in the MarTech / AdTech field - a plus
Background in Video Editing - a plus
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to inform design decisions.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate design rationales clearly across teams.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy or SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to transform complex data into intuitive user experiencesbonus if youve worked with AI-driven insights.
Experience with design systems and component libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
