BI Analyst

Were hiring our first Business Intelligence Analyst to lay the foundation for data-driven culture. This role is built for someone whos deeply business-minded, analytical, and excited to translate data into meaningful insights. Youre curious about how the business works, eager to answer real questions with real data, and have the drive to independently learn and master new tools and systems. Youre comfortable navigating data environments and can connect the dots between business needs and data solutions.

Responsibilities
Work closely with management to understand what matters most, and define the metrics that drive our business forward
Collaborate with R&D and developers to make sure the right data is flowing in, accurate, and accessible
Connect tools like Salesforce and NetSuite into a unified, trustworthy view of the company
Turn complex data into simple, beautiful dashboards that teams actually use
Help shape a culture where data isnt just availableits useful, actionable, and part of every conversation
