The Role: We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Tech Lead to own our entire technology stack. You'll lead development, maintenance, and DevOps for our client-facing and back-office web apps, plus offline workflows. This is a key role for a product-oriented leader who can translate business needs into technical solutions and shape our tech strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Full system Ownership: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain our B2C production system.
Full-Stack Development: Code across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
DevOps Infrastructure: Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, monit

Solid DevOps understanding (CI/CD, IaC, monitoring).
Experience building scalable, reliable, secure web apps.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proactive, "can-do" attitude, product-oriented mindset.
Desired Skills Experience (Bonus):
Puppeteer, Chrome extension development.
Agentic frameworks (e.g., Langchain).
React Native, Electron.
Startup experience.
