we are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. As a senior legal counsel, youll report directly to the VP of Legal and work closely with key stakeholders and executives in the organization, providing legal counsel in every day-to-day business aspect.

- Provide legal advice to the company's various departments.

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.

- Draft terms of service and customer agreements.

- Product counseling.

- Regulatory and compliance, mainly privacy and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
- An experienced commercial lawyer with at least 5 years of experience

- Experience in a technology company -Must have

- Experience in a commercial department of a leading law firm

- Experienced in complex commercial transactions including dealing with regulatory and compliance issues

- Experience with data privacy laws and HIPAA - strong advantage

- Strong technological orientation

- Super organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Passionate, dynamic, and a people person at heart
