Requirements:
Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal & written)
Bachelors degree in Learning Technologies or a related field
2-4 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in facilitating leadership development processes a significant advantage
Familiarity with LMS administration and learning technologies Advantage.
