This role is focused on managing key aspects of the training function, designing impactful learning experiences, lead engaging, interactive training sessions and workshops for employees across various teams and helping individuals to perform at their peak. Youll work closely with employees and leaders to drive organizational & professional growth through high-quality learning initiatives.

Requirements:
Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal & written)
Bachelors degree in Learning Technologies or a related field
2-4 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in facilitating leadership development processes a significant advantage
Familiarity with LMS administration and learning technologies Advantage.
