DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
Join Our Team as a Learning Specialist at DRS RADA Technologies!
What We’re Looking For:
This role is focused on managing key aspects of the training function, designing impactful learning experiences, and helping individuals to perform at their peak. You’ll work closely with employees and leaders to drive organizational & professional growth through high-quality learning initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Instructional Design & Course Development
- Project Management & Training Coordination
- LMS & Training Program Administration
- Workshop Facilitation
- Work cross-functionally to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
Requirements:
- Fluent Hebrew and English (verbal & written)
- Bachelor's degree in Learning Technologies or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and course development
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple training initiatives
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with LMS administration and learning technologies - Advantage
