we are looking for an Program Manager, Internal AI Solutions to join the Production Operations team and work closely with our AI department. This role bridges the gap between technology and operations, ensuring our company adopts the most effective AI-driven tools and automation to enhance efficiency, streamline internal work processes and drive operational excellence.
What am I going to do?
You will identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven tools (internal and third-party) to optimize workflows and automate processes.
You'll collaborate with customer care, business, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
As part of your job you will interview internal teams, map processes, analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks which need to be resolved.
You have a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovation in business operations.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in operations, project management, automation and process optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in project management
Ability to balance between strategy and execution- business mindset that can see the big picture together with detailed tracking and execution (tasks, risks and timelines)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering
Familiarity with third-party AI tools integration into workflows
Knowledge of AI automation trends and a proactive approach to improving processes
Great communication skills to convey AI solutions to both technical and non-technical teams
Working with Monday-Must.
