AI Labs Lead

Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health transformation and innovation in Israel's largest healthcare organization.

As a lead of AI labs at the internal Innovation unit you will promote AI Units in both hospitals and community districts. Your job will be to support the AI teams and their managers, build an organizational network, and work with other Headquarters partners to design strategy and best practices.

What will your day look like?

• Work closely with AI labs and innovation managers in building their local capabilities and portfolio, and implementing responsible and sustainable AI measures
• Work closely with our headquarters AI team to define strategy & workflows
• Communicate business priorities to the infrastructure and DevOps teams in order to help local labs to operate
• Identify and mitigate central and local barriers.
• Promote pear learning and knowledge transfer throughout the AI Labs network and promote collaborative activities
• Design training programs for clinicians and non-clinical teams
• It's all about the people - you will be working with them all – Innovation managers, Data Researchers, Data scientists, intrapreneurs, healthcare workers, IT experts, product managers

• You have proven experience in leading complex organizational processes
• You have a keen understanding of large organizations, and the way relationships, processes and resources are combined in order to make a difference
• You are a matrix manager and a leader: you enjoy facilitating and engaging people – becoming a trusted team player and advisor
• You have a proven experience of 3-5 years innovation and/ or AI projects
• You are an excellent communicator – fluent in Hebrew and English Working
• Experience in the health industry – advantage

While technical expertise is not required, ideal candidates are fast learners who thrive in a technology driven environment
