This role will require you to be responsible for the professional and personal development of your team. Youll lead the technological strategy, build the tech agenda, work closely with the Product team, and drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they meet company business goals.
What youll do
Oversee and own the professional and personal development of your team as you help them elevate their skills
Lead the technological strategy and build the tech agenda
Run your squads bi-weekly sprint and manage quarterly planning
Drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they meet company business goals
Collaborate closely with the Product team as you strive to achieve your squads OKRs.

Requirements:
2+ years working as an engineering manager or team lead
5+ years experience as a backend / full stack developer
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related degree
Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects
A history of contributing to open-source projects is a plus
people-oriented leader with strong soft skills who is capable of managing complex projects, thinks creatively and is great at execution
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture.
