We are growing and looking for a talented and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Platform group.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Lead a team of highly skilled engineers.
Drive key technological projects such as the design system, AI engine, notifications, communication (email and SMS), authentication, and other key tech infrastructure serving the application layer across the whole stack.
Collaborate across teams, including product, design, and other engineering squads, to ensure seamless integration of app platform capabilities.
Balance short- and long-term investments, ensuring alignment with business needs and product evolution.

Requirements:
10+ years of engineering experience, including strong both frontend and backend development skills and some experience with another discipline like data engineering or AI.
4+ years of leadership experience, managing engineers and driving technical initiatives.
Hands-on expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar), backend technologies (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar), and modern development tooling.
Strategic mindset, capable of driving cross-functional projects, modernizing legacy code or infrastructure, and making pragmatic trade-offs.
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and align technical decisions across teams.
