Social Media Manager

Cardo Systems, the global leader in consumer electronics for motorcycle riders, off-road vehicle enthusiasts, and outdoor adventure seekers, is seeking an experienced, organized, driven, and passionate Social Media Manager to lead our global Social Media accounts Full-time position, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. Job description As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the global social media activities on all of the leading Social Media platforms, as well as supporting and leading the strategy of the local Social Media agencies in the different regions and the different growth engines. The ideal candidate will lead our Social Media activity, create high-quality content, regularly engage with Cardo’s community members, build an engaged community aligned with the company’s brand pillars, and become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. To own the role, you’ll need to
* Bring extensive knowledge of social media and influencer marketing in planning, creation, and analysis.
* Be a self-motivated and inspired individual who enjoys the drama that comes with working in a fast-growing, international organization.
* Demonstrate an intimate familiarity with the Motorcycle industry worldwide, particularly in the US.
* Understand our products intimately and be able to perform and demo them on-call.
* Be tenacious and KPI-driven to take Cardo’s Social Media community to the next level.
?Responsibilities
* Create a methodical global Social Media strategy.
* Establish KPIs (key performance indicators) to understand the efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations.
* Craft and create high–quality content for all of Cardo’s Social Media channels.
* Support local Social Media activities while working closely with different agencies and team members.
* Engage and support customers on all of Cardo’s Social Media channels and partner channels.
* Lead the creation of content, engaging videos, and explanatory tutorials.
* Utilize the latest online tools to create new and exciting Social Media activities.
* Work closely with the growth and product teams to create high-quality content that supports Cardo’s activities while bringing insights from our community.
