Senior FP&A

CYE is looking for Head of FP&A to be part of our dynamic and growing finance team. This function will lead financial research and forecasting and provide monthly and quarterly reports along with insightful performance analysis.
Responsibilities
Obtain a deep understanding of the business and related strategy that combined with the financial results, will allow the creation of predictive forecasts
Lead financial models to support forecasts and various ad-hoc projects. Be the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management in order to support business decisions
Lead the annual budget planning process, ongoing budget utilization, and forecasting
Definition and establishment of internal processes
Drive accountability and transparency
Infuse financial insights and data into operational dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making process
Prioritize investments, analyze data, determine return on investments and expenditure by establishing predictive models through use of historical information
Analyze efficiency and ensure we stay on the required financial business model
Assistance with the financial month-end closing process
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a FP&A, including meaningful experience in SaaS companies
Fluent English – written and verbal
Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Extremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root cause
Experience supporting technology/software R&D/engineering function
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Advanced knowledge of NetSuite preferred
MBA- a strong plus
