Senior FP&A

CYE is looking for Head of FP&A to be part of our dynamic and growing finance team. This function will lead financial research and forecasting and provide monthly and quarterly reports along with insightful performance analysis.ResponsibilitiesObtain a deep understanding of the business and related strategy that combined with the financial results, will allow the creation of predictive forecastsLead financial models to support forecasts and various ad-hoc projects. Be the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management in order to support business decisionsLead the annual budget planning process, ongoing budget utilization, and forecastingDefinition and establishment of internal processesDrive accountability and transparencyInfuse financial insights and data into operational dashboards, KPIs, and decision-making processPrioritize investments, analyze data, determine return on investments and expenditure by establishing predictive models through use of historical informationAnalyze efficiency and ensure we stay on the required financial business modelAssistance with the financial month-end closing processRequirementsAt least 4 years of experience as a FP&A, including meaningful experience in SaaS companiesFluent English – written and verbalEfficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexityAbility to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExtremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root causeExperience supporting technology/software R&D/engineering functionAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel requiredAdvanced knowledge of NetSuite preferredMBA- a strong plusAbout usCYE offers a SaaS cybersecurity optimization platform that combines technology with red team activity to deliver the most comprehensive and contextual organizational security assessments.
