Fullstack Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Team Lead to oversee a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills, but more importantly, excellent team management, communication, and mentorship abilities. You will be responsible for driving team productivity, ensuring high code quality, and facilitating collaboration across departments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA and other engineering teams, to create exceptional user experiences. As a team lead, you will mentor and guide your team, drive technical excellence, and ensure smooth collaboration to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
Lead the FE and BE developers with a hands-on approach (~50% hands-on development), providing mentorship and fostering professional growth.
Define the team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a strong and scalable team structure.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Identify and resolve FE related performance and compatibility issues across different browsers and devices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the team.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, improve performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions to issues reported by users or stakeholders.
