A leading fintech company in the cryptocurrency space, operating in Israel and providing advanced trading solutions, is looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join its marketing team. About the Role:
Were seeking a creative and strategic content and social media professional who lives and breathes digital content and understands the crypto world deeplyespecially the Israeli market. Youll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that drives real engagement, strengthens the brand's voice, and grows the community. This is a hands-on role that includes managing content creation and publication across platforms, working with agencies, leading paid and organic campaigns, and overseeing the brands social media presence end-to-end. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a social media content strategy ( twitter, LinkedIn, instagram, facebook, Telegram, and more). Create high-quality content: posts, newsletters, narratives, threads, video scriptswith both marketing and professional value. Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, product managers, designers, and external vendors. Manage relationships with creative and advertising agencies. Work with advertising platforms including Meta, twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Monitor, measure, and analyze performance with actionable insights for improvement. Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels and adapt messaging to different audiences. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors: outreach, relationship management, and content coordination. Build and grow the local crypto community through user engagement, meetups, and community events
