Manager, Model Validation Team

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on validating third-party AI models for compatibility with our AI platforms. This role involves overseeing the development of automated pipelines for benchmarking inference performance, evaluating accuracy, and enabling the publication and internal consumption of validated models. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a DevOps mindset, and experience building scalable microservices.
What you will do:
Lead a team responsible for validating third-party AI models on our AI platforms.
Design and maintain automated pipelines for model performance and accuracy evaluation.
Ensure validated models are published and accessible for customer use.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales enablement teams to surface validation data and support go-to-market efforts.
Guide architectural decisions around microservices and devops practices to support scalable and reliable validation workflows.
