Were looking for a Salesforce System Analyst to join our growing Professional Services. The Business Analyst serves as solution consultant, also bridging between the development team, product team, and client during the integration period, all to ensure that the customer will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and to ensure that the product is customized, configured and delivered.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis/System Analysis, including; gathering requirements from clients, writing functional and technical documents, understanding of database architecture, including ERD.
Experience in defining requirements within Salesforce platform.
Experience in Systems Analysis for Web Applications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
