We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and a passion for analyzing and optimizing mobile app performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and working with causality models to drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
Identify improvement areas through data analysis, aligned with the companys strategic vision and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into business strategies.
Define, conduct and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different product initiatives.
Developing and monitor dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in data analysis with proven business impact preferably in the mobile apps market.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Familiarity with causality models for identifying relationships in data.
