Join our high-impact Business Development team driving SMB and Enterprise growth. You'll receive full training in your first three months to succeed. Your mission: identify key prospects, build relationships, and drive opportunities through personalized outreach via email, phone, and social media.

On your day to day

Research and identify decision-makers.
Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach via cold calling and emails
Manage follow-ups and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with managers and teammates.
Participate in team meetings (and the occasional Scattergories!).

Requirements:
Drive & Coachability Eager to learn and succeed.
Fluent English Speaker & Strong Writing Clear communicator.
People & Research Skills Finding and engaging prospects.
Cold Calling or Customer-Facing Experience A plus
Agility & Teamwork Adaptable and collaborative.
