As a Product Design Lead , you will have the opportunity to significantly impact on our products success.
The Job
Lead a full product design cycle from UX research and usability testing to creating a pixel-perfect UI and providing final handoff to development.
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to design and deliver exceptional products with high-quality implementation and user experience.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into the design process.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices.
Provide professional guidance and mentorship to another designer on the team.
Improve and evolve the way we work together, and build a creative, collaborative, and inspiring design environment.
The Job

At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
Experience with B2B complex systems and SaaS products a must.
Extensive experience in product design processes and best practices, that include UX research, UI design, product design development & design system.
High proficiency in Figma.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Superb relationship with Dev teams.
Conceptual thinker with an ability to understand user behavior, simplicity, and usability.
A Passion for creative problem-solving with a can do positive attitude, making users love the product
Experience with user research and user testing.
Previous experience mentoring and professionally supporting other designers.
