Product BI Analyst

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making.
You will develop reports, analyze key business metrics, and generate insights that influence both internal strategy and external customer-facing analytics. As part of the Analytics Product team, you will contribute to the design and shaping of strategic product decisions, ensuring that data is at the core of our decision-making process.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and KPIs for both internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business and product decisions.
Contribute to product design and strategy, leveraging data to shape and refine product offerings.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analytics.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
