Revenue Operations team is seeking an Ad Ops Technical Manager to drive revenue optimization and performance across our display wrapper product.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-driven professional with vast experience in the ad tech ecosystem. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between Revenue Operations, Product, and Development teams to ensure optimal monetization strategies and execution.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize monetization settings, troubleshoot issues, and QA new implementations.
* Keep updated with the latest Prebid, Amazon, GAM, and leading SSPs and DSPs changes, updates, and roadmaps.
* Manage cross-functional technical ad projects, coordinating efforts between Revenue Operations, business intelligence, Product, and Engineering.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact between Monetization, Product, and Development teams.
* Utilize DFP/GAM, partner dashboards, internal platforms, and third-party analytics tools to assess and report on revenue performance.

* Hands-on experience and deep understanding of Prebid, Adx, GAM, and programmatic auction dynamics.
* Familiarity with SSP dashboards, reporting tools, and programmatic performance analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Familiarity with dev tools and how to troubleshoot an ad request
* Exceptional attention to detail during setup, monitoring, and optimization processes.
What You Have:
