About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a small-team in developing high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, and ensure projects align with business goals. This position involves 30%-50% hands-on coding.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop an engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Oversee the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment. Ensure best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps. Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute engineering roadmaps. Manage team performance, project timelines, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:
Qualifications Experience:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in leadership.
JAVA, Spring, Linux
Databases: SQL (MySQL preferred), NoSQL (Mongo preferred)
Some experience with: PHP, Jenkins, Maven, Subversion- ADVANTAGE
High level English.

Preferred Qualifications:
Intellij Idea, Chronicle, Kafka

Location: Hybrid (Jerusalem)
