We are looking for a Product Design Lead to join and guide our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take a central role in shaping the design vision of a huge-scale, product-led company.
As a Product Design Lead youll mentor and grow a team of talented designers while also rolling up your sleeves to craft intuitive, high-impact product experiences. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and user needs.

As a Product Design Lead youll mentor and grow a team of talented designers while also rolling up your sleeves to craft intuitive, high-impact product experiences. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals and user needs.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product design.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on product design skills across web or mobile, with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and user value.
Proven experience managing and mentoring designers, with a passion for people development.
Experience designing for low-touch SaaS, B2B2C, or consumer-facing products at scale.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you can clearly articulate your design decisions to stakeholders.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility best practices.
Ability to align design work with product and company strategy, using OKRs and KPIs to guide decisions.
Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with engineers.
5+ years of experience in product design.
