Engineering Manager

AVT is a high-tech company located in Kfar Saba that develops and manufactures automatic quality control systems for the printing industry.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager for a full-time position to join a successful team with a great atmosphere and global activities.

The position offered is within the company's Operation department as the Manager of the Engineering team.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

Manage and lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers working on multidisciplinary systems, provide guidance and support in their daily tasks, and performance management.

Manage and control all ongoing engineering activities.

Oversee our company’s products' development, NPI, and production, ensuring that all processes meet industry standards and best practices.

Manage and oversee projects from design concept to production.

Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve our products' efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Manufacturing, R&D, Supply chain, Quality, and Service, to ensure that all aspects of the product development and production processes are aligned and optimized.

Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring all product components meet our quality and performance standards.

Ongoing budget analysis, monitoring and control.

Responsible for the personal development of the team.

Strong English communication skills

What are the requirements?

Bachelor’s degree in mechanic / electrical / electronic Engineering

5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on multidisciplinary systems, NPI, and production.

Strong technical background.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with industry CE standards and best practices for product development, NPI, and production.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
