Job Description:
We are a young and fast-growing media company specializing in performance marketing and digital advertising. We are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to optimize internal processes, improve efficiency, and support our growing team.
Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations. You will collaborate with different teams to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and support the overall efficiency of the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
