This role is for someone who is up for the challenge of leading the high-performing team that drives the GenAI revolution!
This role will require you to be responsible for the professional and personal development of your team, in addition to leading the technological strategy, building the tech agenda, while working closely with the Product team, driving your squad to be accountable owners of their work as they deliver measurable business impact through AI-powered solutions.
What youll do:
Oversee and own the professional and personal development of your team as you help them elevate their technical and leadership skills.
Define and lead the technological strategy for GenAI implementation and build a robust tech agenda aligned with business goals.
Help shape the technical GenAI strategy for the entire organization.
Drive your squad to be accountable owners of their work, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
Collaborate closely with the Product team to achieve ambitious goals and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Architect and implement production-grade AI systems that scale effectively.
Run your squad's ongoing and quarterly planning with clear, data-driven KPIs.

Requirements:
3+ years working as an engineering manager or team lead in a successful startup or product led company.
5+ years experience as a backend or full stack developer with proven data-driven project delivery.
People-oriented leader with exceptional soft skills who excels at managing complex projects, thinks creatively, and has a stellar track record of execution.
Experience working on high-scale, production-grade projects with measurable business impact.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with proven success leading projects across engineering, product, data science, and business teams.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying GenAI features in production environments.
Strong familiarity with AI frameworks including LangChain/LangGraph and related technologies.
Experience designing and implementing multi-agent LLM workflows, a plus.
Proficient in typescript and NestJS, a plus.
Proven track record managing complex technical environments with multiple stakeholders.
A history of contributing to open-source projects, a plus.
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related degree (Master's preferred).
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week .
Has actually built and deployed AI solutions at scale. Your experience navigating complex production environments and driving data-backed decisions will be crucial for our next phase of growth.
