Senior Engineering Manager

we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead for Business engineering team and drive the growth of our B2B offering.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for business. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping global B2B offering and fueling the B2B growth.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leveraging capabilities in other fields, supporting business strategy and expansion.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week from our TLV office & 2 days working from home

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering function responsible for B2B product suite and underlying technical infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute the B2B product and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
Define and implement an engineering roadmap that supports the scalability, performance, and security of for Business applications and infrastructure.
Manage and mentor engineering managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative engineering culture. This includes addressing managerial challenges, peoples ongoing needs and maintaining a healthy working environment.
Drive collaboration with the global teams, to promote the Pay product growth and expansion, to meet evolving business needs.
Lead technical initiatives to improve platform reliability, optimize costs, and enhance the B2B payment ecosystem.
