Business Analyst, Operation- Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst who is passionate about strategy and operations in the tech space. The Business Analyst will support our business strategy and data-driven decision-making in the core market. Proactively guide business growth and supply monetization, quality, and marketplace efficiency using data analytics and business acumen

This is replacement position for 6-8 months
Responsibilities:
Identify and solve business problems using analytical skills and business judgment
Monetization plan by change and maximizing market behavior
Optimize the marketplace for optimal performance and growth
Lead strategic projects with senior management and internal units to improve operations
Pricing structures, products, and more
Set driver acquisition targets for the Supply and operations teams
Provide local market intelligence: together with the Tech team, research tools and methods used by competitors
Enable data-driven decision-making and business performance tracking
Support daily operations with data and business insights.
