Frontend Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Frontend Team Lead to join our development team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user-facing features and interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend / other full stack developers, to create exceptional user experiences. As a team lead, you will mentor and guide your team, drive technical excellence, and ensure smooth collaboration to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the front-end infrastructure team with a hands-on approach (50% hands-on development), providing technical guidance and mentorship and fostering professional growth.
Define the team's roadmap and technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Recruit and onboard new team members, ensuring a strong and scalable team structure.
Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement and maintain front-end architecture and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Identify and resolve front-end-related performance and compatibility issues across different browsers and devices.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end components to ensure seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the team.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, improve performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions to front-end-related issues reported by users or stakeholders.
