we are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our Google and Facebook campaigns while driving growth at scale.
What will you do?
Manage, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies, from prospecting to retargeting, with a focus on revenue growth and efficiency
Utilize A/B testing and creative iteration to maximize performance across ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging, high-performing ad content tailored to different platforms
Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Tableau to measure and report on campaign performance
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and new ad formats to maintain a competitive edge
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring the best ROAS, CAC, and LTV across all paid channels.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook and Google Ads for e-commerce brands
Experience of Managing monthly budgets over $500,000
Proven success in scaling paid media campaigns with a focus on high ROAS and low CAC.
Deep expertise in ad account structures, creative strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding models.
Creative thinker with a growth-hacking mindset always testing and iterating to improve performance.
Experience with A/B testing and ad creative performance analysis.
Strong analytical skills ability to interpret data, trends, and KPIs to make smart, fast decisions.
Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Passion for e-commerce, direct response marketing, and performance-driven advertising.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, taking full ownership of performance marketing initiatives.
